Frequently Asked Questions

GARMENTS

All of our items are intentionally designed and crafted in the United States.

When we began Lilies + Loaves, we dreamed of running our business in such a way that it provided work and a living wage to those around us. We live here! We love that our garments are made here! It is a great source of pride that we are able to create jobs for those in our area.

Each garment is handmade in small batches.

As a small start-up business, we are committed to creating a sustainable and environmentally-friendly process as each of our garments are made. This means that each of our item you receive has been crafted according to demand, which minimizes waste. We have been working to build a small inventory to sell from, so please understand that there may be a lag of time in between batches once quantities sell out.

INTERNATIONAL SALES

At present, Lilies + Loaves purchases are available to US Domestic customers only. It is our hope to quickly expand to include international orders.

SHIPPING + RETURN POLICIES

New and unworn items that have been purchased online (or in person) are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Lilies + Loaves must be notified within 30 days of the delivery (or in person purchase) in order to process the return. Please be informed that all return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We must first be notified of any requests for exchange before the process can take place.

SIZING

Industry standard for children's apparel is to use age as the size, but it is important to measure your child as all people come in various shapes and sizes!   When measuring your child places him into two different sizes between weight and length then it is best to select the larger size to ensure a better fit.

Please see our handy Sizing Chart here.

CARE AND WASHING

At present our garments are available in various fabrics-- a cotton poplin and woven knits. Proper care of these garments will extend their lives, so that they can be loved for years to come!

  • Cotton Poplin Garments (Guadalupe Frock):

  • Woven Knits (Layettes + Henleys)
